“The first day I saw chess I loved it & wanted to learn. It helped me understand that you can be great no matter your background. I went from being a young & depressed boy to a very smart one. I read a lot of chess books & saw what @Tunde_OD  did at Oshodi bridge.  Then, i founded @Chesstoschool.”

He mentioned that it was a foundation formed to raise kids from different backgrounds, giving them the opportunity to shine and be happy.

The foundation would also provide financial aid

Its primary purpose was to help children psychologically, physically, emotionally, and mentally through chess as a tool for learning.

Chess to school was made to cater to the needs of children that need help in all areas, to channel their minds to see good things & be smart.

The initiative, in the long run, would teach them how to take good decisions, and avoid peer pressure.

It would also help them find happiness and fight out depression or anxiety, which will make them have emotional stability.

He went on to emphasize that we find ourselves in a community where parents find it hard to pay their children’s tuition fees.

Chess to school foundation planned to help the parents financially to change the environment using the game of chess.
