Yeni Kuti, a prominent figure in Nigerian media and daughter of the late Afro-beat superstar Fela Kuti, said that she does not view infidelity as a deal-breaker in a marriage or relationship.
The 61-year-old said during an interview with TVC that even if she found her spouse having an extramarital affair, she wouldn’t break things off with him.
She claimed that her mother stayed in her marriage despite the fact that her late father, Fela Kuti, had 27 wives.

I would run if my partner was with a man
However, she added that her only deal breaker was learning that her partner was having an extramarital affair with a man.
She said,
“For me cheating is not a deal breaker. My father had 27 wives, my mother didn’t go. I am not saying she was happy, but she didn’t leave.”
“My own deal breaker is if I find out my own partner is sleeping with another man. That is my deal breaker. I will run, they wouldn’t even beg me. I will run”.

Meanwhile, B-Pop singer Seun Kuti is making headlines for a recent video he shared in response to social media criticism for not posting about Davido’s son Ifeanyi’s death.
On the same day that Ifeanyi’s death was reported, Seun took to Instagram to mourn other children who had died in the country as a result of hunger.
The singer stated that he does not know Davido personally and that it would be inappropriate for his late child to be the first thing he posts about the singer.
