Guinness don suffer: Nigerian lady set to start 192 hours cook-a-thon

  • Hilad Baci, holder of the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking time, has once again inspired a young woman.
  • Starting on July 10, Chef Lamadia shared she was going to embark on her own 192 hours cook-a-thon.
  • She assured Nigerians that she could do it, all she just needed was their support.

It seems this year Nigerians would not hear the end of cook-a-thon as another lady has stepped forward to also embark on her own culinary journey.

A Nigerian, Chef Limadia took to TikTok to garner support from fellow Nigerians as she revealed details of her intent to break the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking time.

In the poster that was revealed, it was seen that she intends on cooking for 192 hours and labeled her attempt ‘192 hours cook-a-thon’.

Her cooking would commence on the 10th of July, 2023 at Auchi Polytechnic and the young woman intends to cook till the 18th of July.

Meanwhile, a Nigerian man made a bold accusation about a chef who is currently breaking Hilda Baci’s record with the aim of cooking for 150 hours.

Recall that Battabox reported that a woman identified as Adeyeye Adeola embarked on her own culinary journey to break the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking time and set a new record of 150 hours.

Amidst her aim to set and break the record, the GWR reminded people that it was important for an individual to get a confirmation message from them before attempting to break or set a new record.
